It is a portrait of our time and its currents, created by a mosaic of twelve different changemakers and their projects across Europe. The film touches upon the need to reinvestigate our education, consumption, relation to ourselves and much more. Told through the eyes of activists, artists, educators, entrepreneurs, and social workers who are paving the way for the old system to be transformed, the film calls for a shared vision of a fundamental socio-cultural change. They stand as protagonists of this time of transition - and although at first glimpse they do not have much in common, they are connected through the sparkle in their eyes and their strong sense of feeling alive, as they contribute to holistic sociocultural change, each in their own way. TRANSMODERNITY aims to be an inspiration and appeal for you to re-connect, take responsibility, dream radically and act upon it.
